This weekend, I made these chalkboards with a little chalkboard paint, a clipboard and my beloved Washi tape. It was super easy, and I was finished during nap time with time to spare. I think I will keep one in the car to keep my little man occupied in the back seat.
What you need:
Clipboards
Painters tape
Chalkboard paint
Small roller
Washi tape
Align a piece of painter's tape at the top of the clipboard right below the clip. Using a paint roller, paint the clipboard with the chalkboard paint. Let dry for 4 hours. Remove painters tape. Decorate the seam with colorful tape. If you don't have colorful tape you can leave it as is. That looks great too.
